Terms for Smart Tap Premium and Crew Refresh subscriptions.
Plans
Smart Tap Premium is $14.99/month or $149/year. Crew Refresh is an annual subscription that refreshes your crew's apparel. Pricing is shown at checkout.
Billing cycle
Premium is billed monthly or annually starting on your sign-up date. Crew Refresh is billed annually. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel Smart Tap Premium, your tap page drops to the free tier (up to 5 links, standard styling). Your NFC chips keep working — they still point to your tap page. No content is lost.
Partial periods
We do not refund partial billing periods. You keep Premium features through the end of the period you have paid for.
